!!!!!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!I had a gift certificate for a hour one hour deep tissue massage. It was over 6 months old, but gift certificates are not supposed to EXPIRE! (THE GIFT CERTIFICATE DOES NOT HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE) I called to get it scheduled and the owner AKA massage "PROFESSIONAL" Anna Maria Micono, gave me some run around story about how I was scheduled long ago and 'no-showed' to my appointment (untrue) and was also VERY RUDE- I can just imagine how her bedside manner is..
