I do not like the new triage system, it made it difficult to get in to see her. There was amisunderstanding as to her availability Once I got an appointment every thing went fine. She listened to my complaints and gave me a prescription that is helping.
Ann and her staff are the best! She takes time to listen to me and addresses my concerns.
I had a good medical visit I was able to share at least 90% of my major concerns going onI’ve had a hard time finding a medical doctor that is accepting new patients here. It’s like looking tor a needle in a haystack. I liked Ms. Matakas she is an FNP, and from a major large city but now we have her, which is great. I received good care,
