I gave her $4,000. She told me there was no hope for my case but still took my money. She never submitted one document to the court. She had one conversation with the judge and told me that even if the judge ruled in my favor there would be no way to ever enforce the order. After the case was moved to another state she stopped answering my emails... I've got nothing left and I will never hear my childs voice or see her face again.

Not so well with me drained all my retainer and some with unnecessary court appearances knowing the opposing party was not willing to work a parenting plan. Withdrawal from my case when the court decided for trial as I had to go pro se. Court made a ruling with absolutely no findings of facts and gave sole legal custody to a heroin addict
