Bought a lab grown engagement ring here the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure - overall a great experience and will return for when I need the wedding band. Some other stores had cheaper price but I believe in supporting a business that’s honest and treats their customers like humans.
We walked into the store 25 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening. Yes, I know, I’m a moron 🤣 The sales girl was friendly and polite. I should have asked for her name, but I guess I was enthralled by the timepieces around. I knew exactly what I wanted. I picked up a Longines GMT in under 10 minutes, even trying on a few other pieces to familiarize myself with the brand. Bough A watch and realized I made a mistake in my choice. I have dyslexia and thought this would work for me . But unfortunately I have a hard time reading it so I am stuck with a watch I don’t like and now can’t use. I should have gone somewhere else. Watches are final sale so I am stuck with a watch I can use or want. Buy your own watches somewhere else
