The store is inviting and well laid-out like the many other jewelry stores in Richmond Centre. I do appreciate the noted discounts provided by the store rather than having to ask staff about them for every item! However, where the store stands out compared to all the others is Richard. Richard went above and beyond to ensure I would receive my gold wedding band before my flight to Japan for my wedding. Older man "helped" us. He was rude, uninterested in helping us, and gave off a condescending attitude. This one experience will turn us off from ever visiting this store again.
I went in looking for a watch and met Richard the manager. He looked after us with fabulous customer service and no pressure. Gave us enough information to make a great decision and got a fantastic watch. Great experience
