Shady business practice. Make sure to take a very close look at what you are buying. They may give you mismatches (2 of right sided earrings), things could have bends in the prongs, or might be missing diamonds (as some are very small). The downtown location has been more trustworthy. Also, note that most of their jewellery are bought from India (so expect a 30-45% mark up on MSRP).
The store is inviting and well laid-out like the many other jewelry stores in Richmond Centre. I do appreciate the noted discounts provided by the store rather than having to ask staff about them for every item! However, where the store stands out compared to all the others is Richard. Richard went above and beyond to ensure I would receive my gold wedding band before my flight to Japan for my wedding.
