Great customer service! They go above and beyond
Bad experience at the Anne Louise Jewellers Orchard Park Kelowna store. I selected a bracelet and was ready to purchase it when I was told the price on the tag was incorrect. As per retail practice, prices are usually honored or price-matched when the store has made the error, but this was not done, which was very frustrating. I then selected a ring and was assured it would be ordered for me, as it was intended to be a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up or contacted me.
