I want to say thanks for making this a painless experience. All I needed was a simple pair of earrings and at many jewelers in Orchard Park mall this has become difficult. I often wait ages for service or they don't have basic 14K gold jewelry available. I was allowed to try my earrings on & ask questions. It was such a reasonable price under $100!
