I had a wonderful experience at Ann-Louise! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to listen and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I used to be a loyal customer of “Anan Luise”for many years and always purchased my diamonds there. I have rings worth $6000 and about $2000 — and with each of them there were problems: diamonds kept falling out multiple times. Recently, I went back to the store with a bracelet I had also purchased from “Ann Luise.” The clasp broke, and I paid $170 for the repair since the warranty had already expired.
