Supposed I was unlucky to come across a staff member in a bad mood on a busy day. I came to this store to buy a sterling silver chain. They had a good selection and I decided to buy a $260 worth chain from them. It seemed good at the time of purchase but not even a week went by, the chain started to discolor. I didn’t even wear it on a daily basis. Staff was very friendly when purchasing. They were helpful, I ended up buying a pair of 10k gold earrings. They got them cleaned and I wore them right away. That same night my ear holes turned black, I asummed it was because they were new, but it wasn't. After an entire week of wearing them, every night I would have to clean my ear holes and the earrings.
