We chose this place because of the amazing service we got from Sandy! It was so positive compared to all the other ring shops in Metrotown. Sandy was very pleasant and patient with us. The prices were good as well. I got a dainty little wedding band and a tungsten ring for my partner. Will be back for more.

I’ve always had good experiences at this store, but these earrings were a letdown. The earring on the left in the photo is under a year old and is already cracking, chipping, and losing its colour. The colour is peeling off. The earring on the right is a replacement I had to buy after one from my original set broke, which is why it still looks fine and has more colour on it, as it has never been worn. I’ve visited this location several times, and the supervisors are always so kind and helpful. I recently ordered a custom ring and was told it would take about eight weeks to complete. To my surprise, it arrived in just four to five weeks! The team was lovely to deal with, even over the phone. P.S: I love my new ring and the quality is amazing
