I met with one of the nice employee who’s name Arzo. She gave excellent customer service .
Didn’t think much of him at first, but Matthew has a strong passion for watches making conversation infectious. Came in for a “Citizen Calendrier” but after enjoying a long chat with him, looking at other models, I settled on this “Bulova Marine Star” and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re a guy coming in for watch advice and honest feedback, MATTHEW’s your guy.
Taking two star down. I visited today july 8th with my sister because ms afaf is always there and she treats me really nicely. So far, i have bought three citizen eco drive watches from this location because ms afaf since she was not present today, the things were not same, assistant who acted like helping us was not that helpful i feel like she had no customer skills and was making weird faces and giving unwanted expressions like she does not wanted to get interacted with customers. Recently I was shopping for a purchase related to a life milestone and this was one of the jewelry shops I approached about rings. At Ann-Louise I didn't appreciate being steered towards mined diamonds after clearly expressing a preference for synthetic diamonds or any other colourless transparent rocks. In response to my expression of distaste at the suggestion to consider cheaper diamonds mined in Africa, I will forever recall Amir's response: "Everything has a little blood in it." If you are considering buying just one watch may I suggest a Citizen Eco-Drive. I have just bought my 2nd (my first is still going strong after 10 years, battery free.) at this location.
