Bought a ring in Sep 2025 and it randomly snapped without me even realizing in less than 6 months. Brought it in for assessment and they label it as “misuse” so it’s not covered under warranty. They think I’m lying and believe the damage is caused by everyday wear or accidental impact. How does 10K White Gold snap so easily from little to no wear!?! We chose this place because of the amazing service we got from Sandy! It was so positive compared to all the other ring shops in Metrotown. Sandy was very pleasant and patient with us. The prices were good as well. I got a dainty little wedding band and a tungsten ring for my partner. Will be back for more.

I’ve always had good experiences at this store, but these earrings were a letdown. The earring on the left in the photo is under a year old and is already cracking, chipping, and losing its colour. The colour is peeling off. The earring on the right is a replacement I had to buy after one from my original set broke, which is why it still looks fine and has more colour on it, as it has never been worn.
