When I entered the store there were 3 staff there. 2 were free though and they saw me but no greetings or smile what so ever. I wasn't even sure if I was welcome there. It wasn't busy at all. I was waiting for one of them to greet me so I could go to them for service. I made the first move though. The service was great though no complaints about that Please it doesn't take that much to greet the costomers. It actually makes them welcome and comfortable
I went in today to browse and see if they so happened to have a ring that I had been looking for .… not only did they have the ring in but the service I got was outstanding!!! I’ve been confused for over a year which ring to get ..keep going in and out trying 2 different ones on not being able to decide… not only did she ask to see a pic but she gave me wonderful advice and a different outlook and opinion which literally on the spot was the thing I needed to make me make a choice!!!! Mina the employee doesn’t know at all how to talk on the phone with customers, I was asking about something she is kept telling me I don’t have time can you call back ? Why would I call back if I’m already talking with you (Yahooo) we are tired of these people in the store they lied so much, Hire deferent ppl …..and I purchased 10K having my receipt with me from same store but when I need to know something they don’t have time seriously???
I called earlier to ask about something Meena she was so rude on the phone and unprofessional I would not recommend the location
clean and neat jewellery store! you can really feel the teamwork here - everyone seems so happy and welcoming . they also have very good prices on chaons and gold items
