I went to the other jewelry store, and the same chain was $2,890. I paid $1400 at Ann-Louise. The women were extremely helpful.
Walked in today with my parents to help them search for a 1 carat ring for my mom; something that she can wear every day. The environment was very welcoming and customer service was great. We were assisted by Mahram who was absolutely wonderful. She wasn’t pushy and helped us look for something in our price range. We walked out pleased with our purchase.
My experience at Ann Louise Jewellers has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a brand new Tissot Gentleman Open Heart on December 26, 2025, and was assisted by Riddhima during the sale. After registering the watch online, I discovered that the warranty start date was September 21, 2025 — three months before my actual purchase date. Mahram was especially kind and knowledgeable. Anyone that needs jewelry you have my word that this is a good good place. Heavily recommend.
When I entered the store there were 3 staff there. 2 were free though and they saw me but no greetings or smile what so ever. I wasn't even sure if I was welcome there. It wasn't busy at all. I was waiting for one of them to greet me so I could go to them for service. I made the first move though. The service was great though no complaints about that Please it doesn't take that much to greet the costomers. It actually makes them welcome and comfortable
