Dr Clemmens was patient and very polite. Treated me very well had me in and out in a timely manner and listened to my issues. Amazing urgent care provider, thank you so much Dr. Clemmens.
She was absolutely rude. Her rapid fire questions were so uncalled for and she was very patronizing! She is awful. She should consider a different profession given her unfriendly approach to patients.
I had a reoccurring bout of ulcerative colitis. The wait to see an gastroenterologist is three months. Went to urgent care and saw doctor Ann Clements. She ordered some tests and gave me a prescription. Got the test results the same day I turned them in and they turned out negative. I'm doing much better. Thank you Dr. Clemens.
This Urgent Care wasn't busy and I was seen quickly. There was only one other person there at first. Dr Clemens asked me some questions and then I quickly got some X-rays and was told it would be a short while for them to be read. Forty five minutes later, I get a MyChart message with my results. I had a very serious issue with an infection. Dr. Clemens was aggressive with her treatment and got the infection under control. I am at day 10 today and happy to say that I am almost 100% healed. I saw her last year for another issue and was happy with her treatment and result. She is good at what she does.
After stepping on the prongs of a metal rake, the long handle lacerated my upper lip, banged my forehead and knee giving me a migraine and knee pain. Dr Clemens listened to my garden wounds story and asked pertinent questions. She then talked me through the stitching of the cut lip and told me when and how to breath to lessen the pain while stitching the lip. Wished more doctors listened to the patient, asked pertinent questions and then explained the process the doctor was going to use while treating the patient.
