This is one of the most pathetic mental health services I have ever been to. Its hard to get a live operator there, and when you can get a live operator, nobody is ever in, you always have to leave a voice mail. The problem with that is the staff there RARELY ever returns your calls. They leave you hanging. Their case workers are way overloaded, half of them never even show up for home visits.
