My son has been at Ann Klein for 8 months now, and I am very appreciative of the staff, they treat my son as a person. The in-person visits are such a blessing, no visit is as good as being able to hug your son. He was transported from a county jail where he was severely abused and although this is jail/hospital it is hands down better then jail. Basically a jail masquerading as a mental hospital.
This place doesn't treat your family members well and the social worker always forgetting to schedule your Zoom visits plus they tell lies to keep you family members in trouble they need to reevaluate their staff.
I have nothing negative to say about this place. When I was sick, the staff took excellent care of me and provided the help I needed. It's been six years since my visit, which shows that they must have done something right. I also appreciated being able to make the staff laugh. Thank you for your love and the excellent treatment, everyone!
