Do not work with Ann. I was recently introduced to a real estate agent to help with purchasing a home, but the experience was disappointing. From the beginning, she came across as arrogant and dismissive. As an attorney I work with many agents, both commercial and residential. It's real previlege to work with an agent who really cares about her clients. She will go far and beyond to make sure her clients' needs are met. I highly recommend Ann Kane if you are looking for a business or a commercial property.
