Dr. Bass is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. She is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and up-to-date on all of the latest recommendations. I have recommended her to multiple friends and family members who all think very highly of her. Highly recommend.
Honesty is key here with reviews, especially when it comes to something as important as our health and wellbeing. It’s imperative to choose correctly who you are putting your trust in to make decisions about your health, and honestly speaking, if I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Bass I would. Dr Bass is nice and the girls up front are very nice but trying to call and talk to nurse or Dr takes days to get back to people so if you go here and need information from the Dr or nurse you have to make an appointment every time. So if you chose this place good luck to you!
Lisa, reception, is very condescending over the phone. Explanations are super simple so the attitude is so unnecessary. I haven’t seen the doctor before but I don’t want to go to places with reception like this. After reading the reviews, I clearly should have done that first, the office staff is a consistent issue.
