Dr. Bass knew exactly what medications to use to help me feel better after listening to me report my symptoms
Dr Ann Bass gets 10 stars. She is the best. But her staff is awful. They don’t communicate with patients and they take 3 days to call in a prescription even with me calling them to remind them.
Half a star is more appropriate for this provider. I saw Dr. Bass often on for a couple years, but for the majority of the time I saw her nurse practitioner, who Is professional has an Excellent bedside manner and seem to really care about the patients. I was struggling with perimenopause symptoms specifically MDD. There’s also a strong history of mental illness in my family. Dr Bass took time to ask questions and explain the treatment she recommended. Definitely recommend!
What good does have a dr do if when you call while your sick at 8am and they tell you the first analyst until march. You explain that your mother has an auto immune disease and you need to be seen and still nothing but a referral to an urgent care that’s going to cost you an arm and a leg even with insurance. Great practice!
