What a pleasant doctor. We ready like . Very personable and did a great job.
I have been Dr. Heddermans patient ever since Dr Miller retired, the first couple visits with her she was amazing, but went way down hill ever since, I saw her yesterday August 20th 2024 and she was the rudest Dr I have ever seen and I've seen a lot. I have never wrote a review before but I couldn't let this go, her whole staff is amazing I hope she doesn't treat them like she did me, I will never see her again
I have been seeing Dr. Hedderman for the last 18 months or so. I find her to be moody and not understanding about my complex healthcare. Her staff are great as are the people in the infusion center. I have decided to change hematologists because I am tired of arguing with a close minded physician about my quality of life. ***Update - the practice manager called me & was very empathetic, helpful & supportive. I have had mostly good experiences with Delta Health & I think this manager wants to keep that going. ***
