If I could give you a no star, I would…. I wasted 35 minutes in the office today; and have been on hold for 27 minutes now just wanting to transfer a title…. (10 days in the waiting because they wouldn’t see us without an appointment……) This is ridiculous. There were probably 15 people in the office “working “ that I saw in my 35 minutes in person, and 3 actually doing any work with the public paying your paycheck…..
