Worst experience. Ann Hess was very disorganized very confused. I met once for what was supposed to be a 20 minute consult and to pay $3500.00 retainer. I was in her building for over 3 hours while she grew more and more confused with my case. She never legally represented my case. I called her office the next day, spoke directly with Ann Hess asking her to stop working on my case also stating I was consulting another lawyer.
