Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cpa. It’s now may and our taxes are still not done. She doesn’t respond to e-mails phone calls or text took a $2500 retainer and have not had decency to respond to our requests. Stay away.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy CPA. I contacted Ann Chiang for a tax projection. I provided her with all the supporting documents in September. We agreed that she would provide me with the projection on Nov. 1. One week before the due date, I sent her an email to remind her of the service I'd hired her for. Her reply email said it was on her ''to do" list and it'd be ready the following week which would meet the dead line. It is over a month after the deadline and I haven't heard from her.
