Dr Austin really cares about my mom. She listens, doesn't judge, and genuinely cares.
I absolutely adore Dr. Austin. I have been seeing her for years and after my first appointment, I knew I had found my PCP. She takes her time, is thorough, and it is obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. I never feel like shes rushing to get to the next patient. Best Doc ever
Hands down the best primary care provider in Roanoke, probably even entire commonwealth of Virginia. Kind, compassionate and really cares about her patients, I feel so blessed to be one. This is lonnnng overdue after so many years but I didn’t even know Google reviews for a doctor were a thing until I had an emergency matter this week with another dr and my mom was looking at reviews. Highly recommended!
She kind a good listener and will go beyond to help she a wonderful Dr.
