This is my first time leaving a google review… but I just had to leave 5 stars for Dr. Dolloff and her lovely staff. I came in for a colposcopy with cervical biopsy and, after reading internet articles and Reddit threads that other women had written about how painful their cervical biopsies were, I was absolutely terrified. Front desk staff does not even answer phone calls or respond to messages over the portal. My wife & I tried to reach them yesterday to book an appointment. Really can’t get hold of anybody, waited almost for 30 mins on phone, so frustrating. This matter should be taken seriously. We need explanation for this. Is this how you care a pregnant women?
Dr. Dolloff is the absolute best. She is smart and stays up to date with her education but by far her best quality is her compassion for mother and baby. I just love her and continue to seek her care even though she is technically out of network for me and I pay more.
