Unfortunately, I would have to say to avoid this company. The gentleman that showed me around on viewings told me that things were going to be left in the property that I later found out (after offer acception) were not and I would have to pay for. Staff were rude and implied that I could not afford the property I was going to view despite having a mortgage agreed. The exact words were something along the lines of ‘are you sure you want to view this property? It is quite expensive.’ Since offer acception in February, it is n... read more
