Dr. Chuang was an amazing Doctor! She is very caring and worried about making the patient feel secure and at home! She always calls to follow up with exam results and is always open to answer any questions along the way! I would definitely recommend her!
We had a terrible experience at Dr. Chuang’s office that no cancer patient or caregiver should ever go through. My wife, who is battling cancer, had a pre-surgery appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, we arrived 15 minutes late due to unavoidable reasons—but instead of receiving understanding or support, we were treated with coldness and complete disrespect.
