Ann is great! Very professional and always willing to help when you need her. It's a pleasure working with her we had projects since 1998!
Litigious Against Homeowners! She does not respect the ruling of Design Review Board, Heritage Committee or City Councils 5-0 ruling to approve projects. Her constant complaints and litigation has cost home owners time and losses in the thousands. Ian Kirby said he and his wife sought therapy for a year due to the psychological toll of the development process and ongoing litigation she brought.
