Billed for tests I didn't ask for & terrible staff I have been going to Dr. Mitzner and Dr. Beloff for several years. I've never once had a good experience where I left with answers to questions that I had. The office staff are extremely rud, don't want to be bothered, and I'm constantly put on hold for long periods of time. I've waited between 30-45 min. for every appt I've had in ADDITION to the 15-20 min. of wait time in the actual room.
