Our experiences, my husband and I, hav been relieved to finally find quality care in this field in Dothan. They r hard 2 come by but when u do, it's a God send. When Dr Graham began involvement w the veterans, which they sorely needed, the civilian community lost a great provider. Dr Grahams ofc is so good they r not taking any new patience. What a great surprise and relief to hav finally been blessed to have found Dr McDowell, and NP Buggs and all the great staff in their ofc! Thank u all!!
I was very pleased with my first visit today. All staff and Dr. Mc Do well were very nice and helpful
Ann McDowell is the most incompetent, inconsiderate, demeaning, patronizing, condescending, borderline verbally abusive doctor I have ever come into contact with. Not only did she not listen or remotely care about the problems I had, the information she was referencing seemed to have been pulled straight from the first DSM in 1952 when she clearly graduated medical school. If I could give no stars I would. I waited an hour for my appointment and never even got seen because Dr. McDowell appears to be a horrible person. As far as doc she can't be too good with the way she treat people, Her job is to work with ppl and their mental health and while she maybe certified she morally not right for the position. I hate it for anyone who puts their trust in her. Zero start would never ever recommend, seriously find someone else.
More of her session than the patients. Interrupts you after asking a question, when you go to answer, and interrupts you and you can’t get a word in. Let’s her personal opinion go before her medical judgement for the patients well-being. Place has great potential- but times have changed. And seems like this place needs a change too.
