Special order for new townhouse. I needed a smaller couch and Jonathan was very helpful. Ordered a bench seat so when I remove the back cushions, I have a small bed for sleeping. Jonathan was very helpful
Very nice couches at this location. They are a bit pricey but very good quality and most likely worth what you get. However they were not in our budget. A very nice lady helped to show us around and show us the pieces we would be most interested in and that fit in our space. You could say she was semi pushy but she had a gentle nature about her as well. I would definitely return for future furniture needs.

In this day and age when choosing a piece of furniture can seem to be a daunting task for many, to find a person who is able to visualize ones ideas and make it reality is a blessing. That person is Jonathan @ Ann Arden, Waynesboro . He is immensely knowledgeable and extremely creative. He listened to all of our ideas and presented us with the right options to choose from. Ordered piece in January with a ten to twelve week delivery window. After twelve weeks still no delivery. After several calls over time I was provided with a proposed delivery week. That has now passed. I am now close to six months from the date of order with no delivery in sight. The store staffs response was “ read your contract, orders may not be cancelled.” That is the level of customer service provided.
