Showroom is wonderful. Hours aren’t convenient but I had stone picked out with drawings and no one seemed to even care or get back to me for moving forward. I called, stopped in, gave info, left messages. Never heard back. Took my $20k elsewhere. They must be really busy - but wasted a lot of my time.
Getting a quote from these people is like pulling teeth. Absolute waste of time . Will take my business elsewhere. Yes for context. I was emailing inquiring about a simple price quote and for them to give me a few suggestions. That took over 20 emails and 24 hours and I was only given a quote for tiles that wouldn't even fit my shower, I was told to check online and that I would need a certain size for my shower, when I looked online for the correct measurements I explained that I couldn't find that size.
