Got great service from Rick when I took my sewing machine in for an issue I was having and would go back
My sewing machine had some problems with thread tension, and Rick was incredibly helpful in figuring out what exactly was causing the issue, which ended up being something I completely overlooked. He answered all my questions and even gave me a few pointers on how to troubleshoot the issue in the future. I would definitely bring my sewing machine back here knowing it'd be in good hands.
The tension on my sewing machine was severely out of whack. I brought it in and Rick was able to fix it while I waited. The shop is well stocked and everyone there was super friendly. I was happy to discover that they have a good selection of 100% wool felt. I will be returning when I’m ready for holiday crafting!
I can't express how much I appreciate AASC! The fabric selection is excellent and of diverse styles. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and always ready to help with any fabric, project, or sewing machine questions I have. Their interest and enthusiasm make every visit fun.
