They told me 8-10 days to fix my scooter. I gave them almost a month before reaching out. Eventually I had to go take back my scooter in pieces. When I went to take my scooter home, the person working (not the one who answers the phone) said, “good luck finding anybody in the area to replace your scooter tires.” I knew from the day I tried to do it myself that this wasn’t going to be easy, hence why I tried to pay someone else to do it. Been searching for a place to service scooters for a long time. I finally came across this place. When I called. Adam was very helpful and got me a appointment for within a few days regardless of them being swamped with buisness. When I got my scooter in to be fixxed Chris came out to take care of it and the service was extremely fast and all issues I had with my scooter were fixed. This is a very nice place to buy a moped scooter. Chris is so kind and helpful. My moped was bought here three years ago, and recently I needed to fix some small problems. Chris was willing to share his scooter knowledge with me and patiently explained the maintenance process, pointing me in the right direction. I ended up getting my moped running like new. Really appreciate it! Love this place so much!
