My son purchased a moped from East Lansing Scooter Company on September 23rd and was initially very excited about it. We were told the certificate of origin would be mailed the following day, but we still haven't received it weeks later. We've made numerous attempts to contact both East Lansing Scooter Company and Ann Arbor Scooter Company (as they were listed on the invoice) via calls and texts, but have received absolutely no response. Everytime I go there it's all ways close and ji went there on time and jit was still closed
My last review wasnt as good because of some minor issues, so this is an updated review. The owner Adam read the review I left last time and took time to reach out and get me scheduled for a maintenance on the house to make everything right. All the issues I was having with the scooter were fixxed and I have a reliable ride to get to work and around town once again. From my experience. These guys advertise and tell you they'll service scooter brands they sell, but then when it comes time you need it. They either ignore your calls until you spam them, make excuses of why they cant help you, or tell you they'll get back to you and you never hear from them again. If you're coming here to buy a scooter in hopes you'll have a spot to get maintenance on your scooter when you need it like I did. I recommend you save your money and get a tao tao.
