From my experience. These guys advertise and tell you they'll service scooter brands they sell, but then when it comes time you need it. They either ignore your calls until you spam them, make excuses of why they cant help you, or tell you they'll get back to you and you never hear from them again. If you're coming here to buy a scooter in hopes you'll have a spot to get maintenance on your scooter when you need it like I did. I recommend you save your money and get a tao tao. The mechanics working here are very friendly, and they try their best to be helpful, but sadly they are very short staffed for the amount of business that is available in Ann Arbor. They often have waitlists for repairs that are 3 weeks +, and have pretty limited capabilities as far as any relatively complex repair work goes, focusing mainly on 4 stroke mopeds. I think they really should focus on expanding the business and invest in more human capital.
They told me 8-10 days to fix my scooter. I gave them almost a month before reaching out. Eventually I had to go take back my scooter in pieces. When I went to take my scooter home, the person working (not the one who answers the phone) said, “good luck finding anybody in the area to replace your scooter tires.” I knew from the day I tried to do it myself that this wasn’t going to be easy, hence why I tried to pay someone else to do it. What can I say!!!! Ann Arbor Scooter company is the best by far!!! We dropped my son’s scooter off and they took great care of him! Adam, the owner personally called me to reassure me that they would get him squared away! My son is back rolling again!!! Thanks sooooo much Ann Arbor Scooter Company!!!

Adam was very helpful and got me a appointment for within a few days regardless of them being swamped with buisness. When I got my scooter in to be fixxed Chris came out to take care of it and the service was extremely fast and all issues I had with my scooter were fixed.
