Last week I had an upper blepharoplasty by Dr. Ballard. It was a GREAT experience. My first contact was with the RN Shelly. She was terrific. Very pleasant, informative, flexible and thorough in every detail. We did my eyelid surgery without sedation, right in the office. Genuinely disappointed in the level of service by the staff of Tiffany Ballard. I have been researching this facility and Dr. Malhotra for years and was thrilled to visit on June 10th once I was postpartum in due time and lost the weight necessary for a mommy makeover. Dr. Ballard was great and really loved her suggestions and level of confidence in achieving desired results with a tummy tuck, hernia repair, breast revision, and liposuction. Dr. Ballard did a tummy tuck and lipo on my thighs and I could not be more thrilled with the results. Dr. Ballard and her team, especially Shelley, are responsive and were sure to attend to all my pre and post-op needs.
