Coming from Canada, we came in for consultation everything went well. Wife made her choices, set up an appointment for surgery and made a deposit. I was trying to arrange a payment for the rest of the amount and asked for wire transfer information. They said they don't do that. I explained that it's a normal way to transfer funds and they insisted i do a cashier cheque or ACH payment (neither options is available in Canada). I asked to speak with their Director.
