I make an hour long round trip commute to Ann Arbor Pharmacy once a month to have a speciality prescription filled. No other drug store near me has it, and I'm so glad I can depend on A2 Pharmacy to meet my prescription needs. The staff is knowledgeable and caring.
Pharmacy tech (hopefully she wasn’t the pharmacist) Nur was extremely unprofessional and even swore at me and hung up when calling in a prescription. I called on a Saturday to have a prescription filled for a patient. On Sunday, the patient went to pick up - nothing there - no note about any call-in. I was very frustrated that I had to call again on my only day off because the ball was dropped. No apologies, just an unkind reaction to their mistake. Please do better.
Recently transferred over a couple of Rx due to Specialty Walgreens no longer filling them. I wanted to support a local business, etc. and gave this one a try. Most of the people I have encountered are angels. Except for Jim, their delivery guy. He leaves rude voicemails, doesn’t utilize pleasantries of any kind. I recently had a virtual doctor appointment and was prescribed an antibiotic. I work in Ann Arbor but my main pharmacy is 35 minutes away closer to where I live. It was essential that I have the antibiotic as soon as possible, so I chose the closest place to where I work, which was Ann Arbor Pharmacy.
