I can’t say enough great things about this orthodontic office. They guided me through a long journey, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to. I have never received better service in my life. Every single person was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. I get nervous trying new places out here as a student, but every person I encountered made me feel safe and welcomed. They truly took care of me every step of such a simple process. I highly recommend Dr. Shoukri and his staff! I had braces in high school and, due to a few unpleasant experiences, was very anxious about going through orthodontic treatment again as an adult. I was drawn to Dr. Shoukri because I was looking for the best of the best (he is not only active faculty at the University of Michigan, I had also learned beforehand that he is the provider people are referred to when others make mistakes). Such a great experience! I love my new smile!! thanks to Dr. Shoukri and his wonderful team! (Just to mention some of the brilliant technicians that worked closely and frequently on teeth the past 2yrs; Sydney, Ella, Ellie and Skyla! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say about this office - I'm so glad to have found them. From the very first visit, Dr Shoukri and his staff were welcoming, kind, patient, and informative.
