Brad Silvius was very thorough and responsive. And a bonus — he was always upbeat and encouraging. This meant a lot when I had to back out on the first house I bought because of a disastrous inspection; I was on a tight timeline to find a house and I had a small budget so I was feeling a lot of stress.
