Joni was very dis missive and unhelpful to the point of being rude, I've been a client since 2015 and they never called to tell me I'm paying too much for my insurance. Then when i asked for a reimbursement she kind of laughed and said they dont do that. Very poor customer service. would not recoomend doing business with a small business that doesnt look out for their clientele.
