This has to be one of the worst medical practices. No one ever actually answers the phone when you call. Dr. Ameen Jamaleddin doesn't actually listen to your concerns. He doesn't follow through with referrals. He ignores pharmacy refill requests and he appears to downplay/ignore any medical provider who is a woman. Don't waste your time coming here, go find a real doctor who will actually listen and care.
Hours are wrong. I’ve taken the drive multiple times to see the doctor who advertises “walk in appointments” I’ve come up here twice during the hours listed on Google just for it to be told that the doctor isn’t in. Also the woman who works at the front desk is not particularly helpful. Doctor is OK. He had me come see him 4 times in one month and I had more health problems after dealing with the doctor due to the amount of medication I was prescribed.
If u have any real health issues go to a real doctor cuz he's incompetent as it gets. This guy let me go all summer with pancreas abnormality and kept refusing to even talk to insurance bout the preauthorization that had to be taken care of to get the test done. Don't mess with highmark blue cross blue shield either but that's a diff review.
Rare to find a doctor that spends as much time as needed to ensure his patients are as healthy as possible.
Good luck trying to make an appointment. They didn’t answer during business hours and didn’t respond to any of my voicemails!
