Before recommending an expensive replacement, Jim spent a considerable amount of time carefully working by hand to restore the damaged panels. Amazing experience with the management and technicians at Ann Arbor Door Systems. They helped locate parts when Chamberlain didn't have them. They even contacted Chamberlain on my behalf to get an ongoing problem resolved. Their prices are also lower than other companies in Ann Arbor and Jackson. Jim came out the same day to repair our garage door and had it up and running quickly. He was genuine and straightforward—no pressure or upselling like we’ve experienced with other companies. We’ll absolutely be using them again and highly recommend!
