They were able to come and fix the garage door broken spring within 2-3 hours after I called. Excellent response, service, and pricing. I was very pleased.

I had an excellent experience with Ann Arbor Door Systems, especially with technician Jim Zak. My garage door had been accidentally dented while I was away. Before recommending an expensive replacement, Jim spent a considerable amount of time carefully working by hand to restore the damaged panels. Amazing experience with the management and technicians at Ann Arbor Door Systems. They helped locate parts when Chamberlain didn't have them. They even contacted Chamberlain on my behalf to get an ongoing problem resolved. Their prices are also lower than other companies in Ann Arbor and Jackson.
