The owner explained all of my options if I wanted to DIY my garage door repair or have them do it. He was thorough and very pleasant to work with. Excellent customer service!

On July 31, 2026 I asked for service on my garage door which amounted to lubrication the door hindges, tightening a bolt and changing the openers light to a brigter one. The technician took about 15 minutes to do everything and charged $150. Exceptionally high for what he did considering he might have used a quarter can of lubricate. Think twice before you use this high price company.
I called Ann Arbor Door Systems to help fix a weatherstripping issue I was having on my garage doors. Brian and Ethan were excellent in troubleshooting the issue and remediating the gaps. This company stands behind their products and warranty.
Great people to work with!
