Awful experience with the staff at this place. The therapists are all unhappy. They work crazy hours. They do not care about the patients at all. Extremely unprofessional.
I've been coming to Ann Arbor Counseling Associates for a few years now. I find the staff very accommodating to my needs! I am always able to make an appointment at a time that works for me, and everyone has been very accessible. The counselors are all top notch and very professional. I have never been anything but pleased with the service I receive here! I will continue to come here and I encourage anyone else to as well!
This review refers to the new facility on 6276 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor 48103. I had high hopes for receiving care at this office, but I became leery when I discovered how difficult and sometimes impossible it is to get in touch with the therapists. This is deliberately designed to be this way. The office is only manned by a living person a few times per week. There is only one number to reach the coordinator and everyone else.
