Changed battery on my watch-the face was then off to one side- took it back, he said he did not do it and " was not his problem" - sentimental value for me, not only did he likely ruin it (the face was never slanted before i took it for the ill fated battery replacement) he didn't even have the courtesy to take a look and try/offer to fix it.....I will NOT be going back
