The location is great just across the Central Campus of the University of Michigan. The host was nice to make us feel like home at her B&B and took care of our needs like doing laundry at night and parking. Breakfast is provided with freshly eggs cooked to your taste.

Dusty, crusty, and creepy. Cut the stay short.
I booked a room online with no issues and was very excited to stay in such a cute area. One month after booking, I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled. When I tried to call (within posted business hours) there was no answer. I left a message that was not responded to. When I attempted to contact them again an hour later I did get an answer, by a gentleman who sounded as if i woke him. He requested I call back in an hour.
