The location is great just across the Central Campus of the University of Michigan. The host was nice to make us feel like home at her B&B and took care of our needs like doing laundry at night and parking. Breakfast is provided with freshly eggs cooked to your taste.

Dusty, crusty, and creepy. Cut the stay short.
I booked a room online with no issues and was very excited to stay in such a cute area. One month after booking, I received an email stating my reservation had been cancelled. When I tried to call (within posted business hours) there was no answer. I left a message that was not responded to. When I attempted to contact them again an hour later I did get an answer, by a gentleman who sounded as if i woke him. He requested I call back in an hour. We stayed at this location and were so glad we did! We were looking for only a one night stay for a Dr. Appt at U of M, the location was fantastic. We parked the truck at check in and were able to walk for anything else needed. The parking is quite tight, but I had found that out ahead of time (we took our smaller truck to fit), definitely head the warning. Everything is within a mile almost!
