Where do I begin? At the end of the second surgery, which was needed for my situation and successful, Dr. Whatley told my wife, "this was a challenging case and went very. I like a challenge. " He was up for the challenge. Some joke about doctors "practicing" medicine. Well, they say, "practice makes perfect." Dr. Larson was concise and easy to talk with. We had the procedure scheduled and done with no problems. That is the redemption from 1 star review I would otherwise be leaving. The receptionist is RUDE! She also took the liberty of contacting my insurance and lying to them. I told her that if she could call me back if any appointments come available, that would be great, as I have been dealing with pain and wished to see the doctor sooner than 45 days out (the soonest available appointment she offered) and I would be moving b... read more
I was not allowed to see a doctor here, only a nurse Practitioner, although I have multiple renal cysts (one 3.5 inches in diameter), kidney stones, which I keep passing, and frequent Urinary Tract Infections. I guess that is because I have Medicare insurance. The NP did not see the kidney stones on the CT. She could not answer my questions, and told me to come back in 2 years. I found another Urologist who was altogether different. I DO NOT recommend this place.
