Waited over three month to get seen my appointment is in a week they just called me told me she isn’t going to be in on that day have to come back in July or August..WTF!?..

If you're over weight, don't waste your time. Your weight will be blamed for everything, and your weight will be addressed whether or not you want it to be, and even if you request that it is not mentioned. Don't bother mentioning if you have other illnesses because nothing is an excuse or reason to not weigh 150lbs. Not an ounce of compassion. Incompetent Answering Service. As a health coach, I was calling to leave a message for Dr. Farmer and his medical team to address care gaps and validate information for a member. I got connected to their answering service and they would cut me off before I was even able to finish my first sentence. I called 3 times and it kept happening. I'm not sure if they thought I was a spam caller but I hope they recognize that actions like this can impact a patient's care and I hope no one else runs into this problem.
