Incompetent Answering Service. As a health coach, I was calling to leave a message for Dr. Farmer and his medical team to address care gaps and validate information for a member. I got connected to their answering service and they would cut me off before I was even able to finish my first sentence. I called 3 times and it kept happening. I'm not sure if they thought I was a spam caller but I hope they recognize that actions like this can impact a patient's care and I hope no one else runs into this problem.
