Charged me an upfront fee of over $400. We have Tricare. No problem with any other doc or procedures but they can't seem to get the claim to the correct Tricare and keep telling us not a Tricare recipient. Tricare telling me they have not received anything from these folks. 4 phone calls and now no one will speak with me. Obviously they are not doing something right but keep blaming us. I question their process and knowledge beware

Had a procedure done there, Susan was my nurse and she was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff in the back was just sweet as could be and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Neupane was great!
My mama had a EGD by Dr. Wortham. He and all of the staff were friendly, polite and very informative. We highly recommend this office.
