Very friendly and considerate considering the reason you're there.
I was very impressed with Rabin Neupane, MD and all of the staff at this facility. Everyone was very kind, took time to explain things, and acted professionally.
Charged me an upfront fee of over $400. We have Tricare. No problem with any other doc or procedures but they can't seem to get the claim to the correct Tricare and keep telling us not a Tricare recipient. Tricare telling me they have not received anything from these folks. 4 phone calls and now no one will speak with me. Obviously they are not doing something right but keep blaming us. I question their process and knowledge beware
