Their customer services skills are lacking professionalism ... horribly! I call AHEAD of time to ensure my daughter's Rx (for a Nebulizer kit) was ready and it was verified that it was. Two hours later I go to pick it up. No one helps me when I walk in ~ i had never been there before and wasn't sure which counter to go to ~ but yet the next two people who walk in behind me are greeted and helped immediately.
