I can’t speak about any other doctor in this clinic than Michelle Tucker. Very straightforward but also kind. Great with FTM patients. Very, very respectful of if you’ve been assaulted. I feel like everyone should know how a provider reacts in that situation — the minute I showed any sign of pain, she paused the Pap smear and waited for my okay to continue. Tell them if someone has hurt you so they can treat you with that gentleness.
Spears and dr Scott are some that is very rude. Did not do a very good job with seeing me. I advised nobody to come to this clinic the staff even when I report to the supervisor she did nothing just asked for my number And did not do nothing and I looked at my summary they typed up false information. I feel that they should have cameras in their rooms for Doctors that does not want to do job.
If you have an actual problem (anything other than being pregnant) they will not listen, don’t care to find out why you’re having the issue, will be so stuck up and think they’re right about everything, extremely judgemental and almost everyone working here has a poor attitude. you can never get them to answer the phone and if you make it known you aren’t happy with your lack of care they will just cancel your appointments. they will tell you to go to an urgent care or ER over very simple things as well. Can’t ever get a hold of someone when you need to bc they’re always on lunch with no coverage during that time when it’s the most convenient for patients and no one else can’t help. Awful costumer service
Everyone I have encountered has been very kind and professional. I have been seeing Jessica Draisen for a few appointments now and she is always wonderful. She listens and genuinely cares about your concerns. So grateful to have found her and her team!
