I was referred to this group by the PA from my AnMed doctors office. They refused my referral. They want proof of my symptoms. I think my family doctors office referring me should be proof that I’m having an issue. I’m a nurse so I’m definitely not stupid. I am now Going to seek medical attention outside of AnMed. Also, the girl that I spoke with was rude and cut me off and basically hung up on me!!!
Dr. Cunningham has been very understanding and very empathetic to my needs. I really appreciate all that he has tried to do for me.
Made an appointment for my mother back in August, got here today (11/04/24) to find out it’s been moved to next Monday!! They have all my information, I made the appointment and they send a LETTER by snail mail to my parents:/ No text alerts, emails,2024 ways of communicating!! I made her appointment so I could be with her and help handle things but thanks to the doc needing to rearrange his schedule, he 100% screwed ours
Dr Jain is awesome! He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and he is a great part of my care team. He really cares about his patients and their well being. I would highly recommend him for your neurology needs.
