Called to schedule an appointment for my boyfriend whose been having recurring headaches for the past 3 weeks and Dr. Floyd is his new PCP. The secretary said she the new patient appointments are a month away and we have to fill out an application first. Instead directed us to go to Urgent Care. This is the silliest thing I've ever heard coming from a doctors office. What do we have a PCP for if we cant even see the guy. Ridiculous.
