Just amazes me that father's a pushed away from being present with their wives when being seen. Our appointment was at 11:30am wasn't called back until 11:50 and was told by the nurse that I wasn't allowed back with my wife who asked for me to be present. I hear all the time that fathers aren't around for their kids but are pushed away when they try to be present with their wives and family. It's absolutely absurd they way we are treated.
