Dr. Shrum is actually great. She was very gentle and felt safe to be around. I came in with concerns of a swelling stomach and no periods basically. She wasnt aggressive with the hormone push. I said no and that was it. She listened to me and set me up to see a surgeon. She was a huge stepping stone in getting me healthy. I feel 1,000% better. My uterus was boggy. Suck… the woman who answers the phone tries to tell you if you don’t have “this type” of insurance they won’t take you ….. BUT WHEN I PULLED UP AND TALKED TO THE ACTUAL DOCTORS MYSELF THEY ACTUALLY ACCEPTED ME AND LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! But after dealing with Karen on the phone I DONT WANT ANYBODY FROM THIS FACILITY TO HELP ME….
