This has been a wonderful experience and continues to be a friendly professional environment the the staff are great to work with. You should definitely rent here.
We’ve done a couple solar projects with Anmark Realty, and I was very impressed with how professional they were through the whole process. They were easy to work with, communicated well, and handled everything the right way. One thing that really stood out was their prompt payment, which is not always the case in this business. Overall, it was a great experience working with them, and I’d definitely say they’re a solid, professional company.

DO NOT RENT FROM ANMARK REALTY! Anmark Realty is an unethical rental company. They will make up a fake claim to keep your security deposit once you move out. I rented from them in 2024 and they kept most of the security deposit due to splatter marks which were on the cabinets, which were there before I moved in. If you decide to rent from them, do a move in inspection, take videos and photos of EVERYTHING and make sure your lease documents reflect a move in inspection that include your pictures as justification.
