DO NOT RENT FROM ANMARK REALTY! Anmark Realty is an unethical rental company. They will make up a fake claim to keep your security deposit once you move out. I rented from them in 2024 and they kept most of the security deposit due to splatter marks which were on the cabinets, which were there before I moved in. If you decide to rent from them, do a move in inspection, take videos and photos of EVERYTHING and make sure your lease documents reflect a move in inspection that include your pictures as justification. Unlike other providers, they fix things quickly and properly and communicate well so that you never get frustrated waiting for your issues or questions to be addressed Their attention to detail is unmatched.
